Anneliese Louise van der Pol who is an American actress and performer with Dutch descent is the daughter of a Dutch native. Her fame is based on her stage work as well as for playing Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its spinoff Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol (American Female) is a Dutch-based actor and singer who is best known for her recurring characters in the TV series That's So Raven.
